The document shows how dangerous the object is for the personnel and the population, living in close proximity, and how big the risk of an emergency is.Safety Data Sheet has several objectives: This order contains the basic provisions, which Safety Data Sheet shall conform to. The main document is the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation number 506, published on November 4, 2004. Safety Data Sheet must necessarily correspond to the several documents. The Group of Companies “Fire Union” has all necessary licenses and documents, permitting to carry out activities for the development of Safety Data Sheets of dangerous objects. This decision was made on Novemby the Security Council of the Russian Federation and the State Council of the Russian Federation. Safety Data Sheet is mandatory issued for all objects that pose a potential threat. Such responsibilities are registered in the article 9.21. Most of the bars in the Short North are gay friendly and you will find a mix of het and homo. Oh, and Exile, a jeans and leather bar in the Italian Village (next to Short North.) Wall Street, centrally located downtown, has better music in my opinion, but is often more lesbian than gay (Wednesday nights are Boys Night, and the Wednesday before turkey day is traditionally Heaven and Hell - a fetish type night.) There are also several gay bars south of town (German Village) but they are smaller and don't have dance floors. Traffik (not in the Short North) has a dance floor as well. Other bars: Havana (north of Union about 2 or 3 blocks) which has good drinks and a pool table. Second, Axis is a good twink bar but to be honest doesn't get hopping until around midnight, and they are only open Friday and Saturday nights. Also, I was thinking probably try to NOT come before/during OSU finals or during holiday break, as there won't be as many guys going out? I could be wrong so just let me know.Īny help is greatly appreciated, thanks so much!įirst, i would say skip Union in favor of Level. We're fairly flexible with what night to head om what I've seen those bars both have their big nights on Fridays? But also open to Thursday or Saturday. What I've discovered from some quick searching.
We're not the type of club kids that do this every time we go out, but figure in an unfamiliar city this is our best bet to have a good time. We're 22 and 25 and looking for somewhere for dinner/drinks then a bar/club that is going to be fairly busy/upbeat/dance environment and with a mostly 21+ crowd. I've been to Columbus once, briefly, and liked it, but it was years ago and didn't get to check out any of the gay scene. We're both gay, so obviously we want to check out the gay bars. I am not from Ohio but live close enough (please don't downvote if you figure out where) to drive to Columbus for a night out, and that's exactly what a friend and I would like to do.
